What is Executive Coaching?

  • Coaching can take place at all levels and any setting, from the sports club to the business world!

  • Sessions can be focussed on specific subjects, such as leadership skills
  • The coach can instruct how to change negative behaviours
  • Coaching sessions can help you advance in your career, with honesty and experience
